1. Game length-Game length is two hours, no inning shall begin after two hours.
2. Official Game Balls-Official Game Baseball is Rawlings leather UFO Seem Pecos League Game Baseballs. These baseballs have Epoxy UV Resin Color Pigment to provide glow.
3. Lighting-Lighting is provided by 600W LED Black Lights, 395nm to 410nm Outdoor Flood Blacklight
4. Ballpark-The Baseballs must be highlighted with UV Resin for illumination. The Bases must be highlighted with UV Resin for illumination.

5. Umpires-There will be two umpires, one in the field in B Position, and one behind home plate. Umpires can be illuminated.
6. Pitchers-Pitcher must pitch behind a L-Screen at a distance of 37.5 feet behind home plate. The pitcher cannot wear anything that is illuminated (hat, shorts, shirt) to prevent the visibility of the batter.
no pitch shall exceed a speed of 55 MPH.
The L-Screen is live, if a ball is hit off of the L-Screen it is in play.
7. Hitters-Must wear illuminated Jersey to identify them. Must use wood bats with some version of illumination.
8. Fielders-Must wear illuminated Jersey to identify them.
9. Outs-To get a force out at first base the ball must be bounced or rolled. Outs are other bases. Traditional Baseball outs can occur
10.Catchers-Will be in full gear, can be illuminated. No Stealing.
